Just got my service done today Friday 9/14/18 and my service tech was very informart and knowledgeable and educated me on how my equipment should be running and the right fan speed that he adjusted and the right Presure that should be running at my house sqt. And we just hope he was Right because we have deal just with Red Carpet A/C company and we have been really happy with them especially Mr. Ted he was our original especialist from day One and we put our Trust on him and his company . Over all we our happy with the company and we will continue to used them . Thank you . Our service tech was ( Beau hatfiel) .
Mr. Hatfield provided great repair service and took the time to explain my system and the preventive things I can do to minimize future problems. Excellent job!

My AC broke the day before my husband was scheduled to return from the hospital. Red carpet sent out a knowledgeable and experienced technician to complete the repair. He was punctual and professional and his interactions.
Beau checked our air conditioner and heating system today. He explained everything in detail, provided us with options for a better efficient unit (Aeroseal Duct Sealing)and overall all did an excellent job. I want to specially commend your technician, Juan Caceras, for his expertise, professionalism, and courtesy. Juan was careful to explain the root cause of my HVAC problem, how he fixed it, and all with a smile on his face. And Red Carpet was able to dispatch him to my house only hours after I reported the problem. People like Juan is why I am a loyal Red Carpet customer.
Red Carpet does NOT disappoint. Beau came out today 4/20/18 to perform my VIP Club 6 month maintenance/check-up and was very professional, thorough, courteous and explained everything to me. I had a new Rheem unit installed almost 2 years ago and Red Carpet truly offers ‘Red Carpet’ service. Thank you!
Beau completed our 6 month this morning. He as courteous,professional and efficient. He exclaimed clearly what he had checked and told us that our two systems were operating fine.
They did an amazing job my system has not been cooling for 2 days and i called explained my situation and the problems im having and Ted himself the owner came out and took a look at my system which is about 10 years old . He showed me the issue himself and gave me 2 different options, i chose what was best for me now my system is working perfectly fine. i would chose this company for any further work needed.
Following your service tech, Beau, and I deciding on some duct replacement work, Darrel and Edwin showed up even earlier and we met and talked about the job. They clearly understood the project parameters and shortly after a walk through they proceeded to go to work. These guys were very professional and had great customer interface skills. I know that because I managed a software sales team. They worked all day, keeping me updated along the way. They made sure of the results of their work and I told them how much I appreciated their professionalism.
I scheduled a VIP 6 month service call for 3/12. About 3 hours before the service call the office called and made me aware about a free inspection on my duct work. The office coordinated with the technician. Beau arrived at scheduled time , performed the service and the inspected our duct work (which probably was the original). Beau found and took pictures of some repair work that was needed. He informed me of my options and we decided and agreed to the plan. Richard called from the office and we scheduled the additional work for 3/14. Beau was very knowledgeable and Richard was very easy to work with
the service i go from all of your employees was excellent. dylan and bo were very respectful and friendly and knew all the questions i asked. i want to thank them both for their help. when the installers came, they were very efficient and friendly. darrell and edwin were the installers and their work and service was wonderful, very knowledgable. they they paid attention to every detail.linda in the office is very good at her job and is easy to talk to.unlike most companies today, she returned my calls right away. i would recommend redcarpet to everyone, they certainly were great to me.

Had my new air conditioning unit installed by Red Carpet a few weeks ago. Installers were very professional and did a good job overall. Unfortunately the new system developed some technical difficulties 2 weeks after installation, but issues where quickly resolved with the help of Jessica, who arranged for a speedy and efficient dispatch of their General Manager Ted who was able to assess and fix the problem within 30 minutes. I am very happy how this company handles and responds to their customers service issues.

I was extremely happy with Red Carpet from the very beginning. I received a phone call to make the appointment for repair. The girl (sorry I don't remember her name) was extremely understanding and made the appointment for the very next day. Tim came and told me he was able to repair my unit but also warned me my unit was 14 years old. I just moved into the house and knew it was old but not that old. He took pictures of the unit in the attic and showed me the mold that had formed on the fan and the entire unit. I am new to the area and thought the reason I was having sinus issues was because I have allergies. Well it's only a day and I can already feel the difference. I decided to replace the entire system. Tim was able to give me many discounts and explained everything so I understood how the system works. Two days after meeting with Tim I was having the new system installed. Richard S and Dacon were right on time and went to work immediately. If they took a break the entire day I didn't know about it. They were friendly, polite, and respectful of my home. The installation did not seem easy to me but they made it look easy. After the installation they explained everything to me. I am extremely pleased with the service Red Carpet has provided and will recommend them to anyone in need of repair or replacement. Thank you everyone at Red Carpet

I purchased a 3 ton Rheem unit and Richard and his partner did a very professional job installing the unit as well as cleaning up when they were done.I was an Project Manager for IR for years and I would be very proud of the job they did if they worked for me. They did a good job on explaining the operating of the new unit,I also spoke to the owner Ted when calling Red Carpet and I would recommend them to anyone because of there owner and employees professionalism.
I had a service Tech. stop buy to evaluate my current system due to power bill over $300. a month,Joe was extremely knowledgeable with ac units. He explained the best fix to the problem after checking out both the compressor and the air handler,the current system was running all the time and the blower cage was full gunk. The system was 9 years old so after looking over all my options I purchased a new 3 ton Rheem unit for half the price I had been quoted from another ac company that checks your unit out for $49.I would Highly Recommend Red Carpet they are very professional & Honest.
Yesterday 7 14 16 we had 2 of your techs out to top our A/C up, there names are Troy and Billy, Troy was so professional but also had a min to listen to me go on about my husband going through medical problems.Billy was very informative about the service plans you have available, If we need a company to help us in the future you will be on top of our list, just make sure you keep these 2 guys.
I can't say enough about Ted & Red Carpet! He has always made my experience nothing short of amazing! His prices are always reasonable and affordable. They were on time, fast, and neat. Owner himself out twice, during and week after to review status. Good team of workmen and when ran into trouble with my unit in ceiling above stairway, worked overtime to get it right. Had all my paperwork for inspector lines up for me and when inspector arrived not only passed but told me some of the extras done not on all jobs. Definitely recommend. Larry D, PhD
They helped us navigate the delays with our home warranty company.We are senior citizens not in the best of health. Being without A/C was affecting our breathing and we certainly appreciated their help.
We have had our share of bad companies show up at our house through the years. Red Carpet was not one of those. We called for something as simple as a clogged drain line on our AC but we were so impressed with Will that we decided to use Red Carpet to install a brand new heating and cooling system in our house. The installers were amazing. The AC wasn't cooling the upstairs quite right so the owner-Ted-came out and spent hours fine tuning the system. We couldn't be happier that for the first time in four years the upstairs is cool in every room. Thank you for all the hard work you put in. We will recommend you to all our friends that may need HVAC work in the future.
Very good A.C. service from William, the technician.He was friendly,and knowledgeable.Explained the problem,and the most likely cause.No high pressure tactics to sell me a whole new system,but if I do decide in the future to get one,I will definitely consider having them do the job.

As far as I am concerned, Red Carpet Conditioning is by far the best! Another Air Conditioning company came to my home, and not only misdiagnosed the problem, but were negligent, and incompetent. Red Carpet was called out at first as a second opinion, they assessed and found the problem AZAP, couldn't find, then Red Carpet came out immediately to my home and fixed the problem, where this nightmare with AZAP continued for three weeks off and on with no air. What am I saying you don't need AZAP, or anyone else...Red Carpet, surely does roll out the red carpet! They are true professionals with the best techs, who work to get your problem solved! I am grateful and recommend Red Carpet! They are the BEST! THE BIGGEST THANKS TO RED CARPET!!!!
I was very impressed by the commitment and promptness of Red Carpet The last thing anyone one wants late on a humid and hot Sunday evening is to have their air conditioner go out. Calling down the list of 24hr AC repair shops only to be told by their answering service no techs were available this evening and would need to be scheduled for the AM. To my surprise when I called Red Carpet in Tampa I received a call back immediately from a tech who without hesitation said he would be there in an hour. I was beside myself given his response not to mention this was around 8:30 in the evening. Prompt arrival at 9:30 as stated, quick and honest work at a reasonable price. No one wants to be making a house call at that time on a Sunday nor does anyone one want to be without air. But not once did he seem like he minded being there only to reassure me we would be back up and running as soon as possible. Not until later that evening as I continued to think how impressed I was with the service did I notice on the tech’s business card he was actually the GM who made the effort to get us back and running that evening. Well done Red Carpet, loyalty and dedication still exists. You've earned a new loyal customer for both my homes AC needs. RS South Tampa
